Yield Master Program
At Remington Cattle Company, we are fortunate to raise two breeds that compliment each other very well.
The Angus maternal strength, easy maintenance and marbling ability blend harmoniously with the performance and high yield
of the Simmental breed.
Therefore, we are fully taking advantage
of each breed’s strengths by creating
Simmental/Angus half bloods that we call "Yield Masters".
Most of our Yield Master animals are embryo calves.
We have selected a few specific donors to mate to Simmental sires.
Also, with the addition of Red Angus females acquired at Crowfoot Cattle Company's dispersal, we have increased the pool of red genetics to be combined with
Remington Red Label, our main Simmental herdsire.
